Clinical Social Services Director
About The Position
Beacham Memorial Hospital is accepting resumes for a Clinical Social Services Director for Freedom Behavioral’s 14-bed inpatient geriatric DPU program in Magnolia, Mississippi. The position leads a team of behavioral health professionals in providing direct clinical services. Freedom Behavioral provides evidence-based, person-centered treatment for people with mental health conditions in a safe and respectful environment, partnering with individuals and families and focusing on support, hope, and recovery. The position is currently filled, but applications are accepted to help ensure continuity of patient care if a vacancy occurs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work.
- Licensure through the state regulatory body.
- At least one year of experience performing Social Worker duties in a behavioral health setting.
- Previous experience in a management position.
Nice To Haves
- LCSW or LPC preferred; LMSW will be considered.
