About The Position

The Clinical / Social Director at College Living Experience (CLE) leads social-emotional development for neurodivergent young adults, providing clinical insight into individualized student needs and guiding staff who support students with autism, ADHD, and learning differences. This is a part-time leadership role focused on consultation, individualized supports, staff coaching, and helping students apply social, emotional, and behavioral skills in everyday life rather than providing traditional mental health treatment. The director also contributes to hiring and staff performance management, supervises and mentors assigned team members, trains and coaches staff, collaborates with families and outside clinical providers, and maintains documentation and professional standards. The position is based in Monterey, California, and is in person across community-based and office-based settings. The schedule is approximately 20 hours per week, generally 3–5 days per week for 4–6 hours per day. The role is eligible for overtime and includes travel between work sites and transporting students as needed.
