Clinical Social Services Director
About The Position
The Clinical Social Services Director leads a team of behavioral health professionals providing direct clinical services for Freedom’s 14-bed inpatient geriatric psychiatric program at Beacham Memorial Hospital in Magnolia, Mississippi. The organization provides evidence-based, person-centered treatment in a safe and respectful environment and partners with individuals and families with a focus on support, hope, and recovery. The position is currently filled, but applications are being accepted to help prevent disruption in patient care if a vacancy occurs. The role offers a competitive salary based on experience (DOE).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work; an LCSW or LPC is preferred, but an LMSW will be considered.
- Must be licensed through the state’s regulatory body.
- At least one year of experience performing Social Worker duties in a behavioral health setting.
- Previous management experience required.
