About The Position

Requirements

Must have either LCSW, LMFT or LPCC license for a minimum of five years and be able to provide BBS supervision.
A valid California driver's license, dependable personal automobile for use on the job, insurable by SBS’s insurance policy based on DMV record and personal vehicle insurance.
Minimum of 2 + years’ experience as a Clinical Supervisor required.
Fulfillment of TB clearance, fingerprinting and state clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing direct services work, at different levels of service, such as specialty mental health or other county level behavioral services preferred.
Bilingual/Bicultural preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide and document group and individualized supervised hours for licensure and clinical oversight.
Responsible for assuring timely submission of Medi-Cal and School based billing co-signatures.
Review and approve Treatment Plans, assessments and other reports by all supervisees, this includes CANS/PSC and other relevant documents around clinical care.
Support, guide and oversee The Joint Commission compliance standards and alignment with agency policies, practices and procedures.
Ensure culturally sensitive and relevant treatment.
Actively support and implement a strength-based, culturally competent, client-centered approach to working with Clinicians.
Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and other reports by all supervisees.
Participate in external and in-services trainings relevant to the program services.
Participate in leadership meetings and leadership activities throughout the region and agency.
Provide on-call support after hours for the clinical team.
Provide supervision coverage across the agency as needed.
Other responsibilities as needed by Side by Side.
