About The Position

Coordinates all procedures for the department and serves as a resource to the scheduling department, PASU, Patient Access, staff, and referring physician offices when questions arise about unit services. Educates patients, the community, and referral sources regarding the unit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Two years of experience in the healthcare or customer service industry.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Epic experience.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
