About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is seeking an energetic, personable Patient Recruiter to support enrollment for active clinical studies. This is a fully remote role, with one week of in-person training in Chicago, IL to start. This is a high-volume, outbound calling role ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging with people, building rapport quickly, and working toward recruitment goals. You'll spend a significant portion of your day making outbound calls, speaking with potential study participants, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling qualified candidates for research visits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in patient recruiting required
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Positive, persistent, and motivated by goals
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable home setup for remote work and ability to travel to Chicago for initial training

Nice To Haves

• Interest in clinical research, healthcare, psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral health is a plus

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential study participants
• Build rapport and clearly explain study opportunities
• Conduct initial eligibility screenings using established guidelines
• Schedule qualified participants for research appointments
• Follow up with potential participants and maintain engagement
• Document outreach activity accurately and collaborate with the research team
