Clinical Programs Sr Analyst (IKC)
About The Position
DaVita Medical Group is hiring a Clinical Programs Senior Analyst for its Redwoods Analyst Development Program. The program provides cross-functional opportunities to learn about global business and exposure to the business and operational cornerstones of DaVita. Participants receive mentorship and intentional, upfront, and ongoing training in financial statement analysis, analytical modeling, presentation, and communication skills, with the goal of supporting their growth into DaVita leaders. The program includes development sessions, collaboration with teammates, visits to selected DaVita offices, a three-week analyst skills training, team projects, cross-functional teamwork, business case presentations, 360-degree feedback, emotional intelligence development, and career-clarity activities.

Responsibilities
