About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Director for its detox and residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role provides clinical leadership and supervision to support smooth daily operations, ensure implementation of the Avenues clinical program roadmap, develop and oversee the clinical treatment team, foster client engagement and a recovery-oriented atmosphere, and ensure timely, accurate client documentation in coordination with Utilization Review as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure necessary to practice as a Clinical Director in Colorado, such as LPC or LCSW.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred.
• Three years of experience working with chemical dependency and dual-diagnosis clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain an effective clinical treatment team, providing oversight, support, and professional development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with clients and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure timely and accurate client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.
