About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Director for its detox and residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role provides daily clinical leadership and supervision to support the facility’s smooth operation and implementation of the Avenues clinical program roadmap. The director develops and oversees the clinical treatment team, supports client engagement and morale, and ensures timely, complete client documentation in coordination with Utilization Review as needed.
Requirements
- Current licensure necessary to practice as a Clinical Director in Colorado: LPC or LCSW.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Five years of supervisory experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred.
- Three years of experience with chemical dependency or dual-diagnosed clients preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
- Cultivate and maintain an effective clinical treatment team, providing oversight, support, and professional development.
- Oversee client engagement and morale, interact with every client, and foster a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
- Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.
