About The Position

Golisano Children's Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead clinical nutrition operations in a pediatric acute care setting and collaborate with regional clinical nutrition leadership across Western New York. The role champions evidence-based medical nutrition therapy, mentors a team of registered dietitians, and partners with regional healthcare team members to shape nutrition standards across the regional network. The position requires leadership of the Clinical Nutrition Program in a large, fast-paced hospital setting. The manager leads registered dietitians, supports patient education, uses electronic medical record systems, and ensures Metz Culinary Management's vision and values are reflected in interactions. The role emphasizes communication, patient experience, and clinical nutrition leadership. Relocation assistance and a $5,000 sign-on bonus are available.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics.
Registered Dietitian with a current RD license.
Three years in a leadership role.
Experience managing a team in a large, fast-paced hospital setting.
Experience in a contract dining facility setting.
Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
Background in nutrition education.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
