Clinical Nurse - Mental Health Unit - Full time - Nights
About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care in accordance with standards of care and professional performance outlined by the American Nurses Association and the Ohio Board of Nursing. The RN works with an interdisciplinary team to promote the optimal health potential of patients and families, providing proficient nursing care based on detailed assessments of their needs and the hospital mission. The RN fosters an environment oriented toward the patient and family experience and acts as a change agent to address changing census and the needs of internal and external customers. This position serves the Mental Health Unit at the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Ohio Registered Nursing license.
- CPR certification.
- Dedication to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within five years of hire.
Responsibilities
