About The Position

RestorixHealth is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a Wound Healing center. The manager oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of center-based employees, with oversight from the Program Director. The role includes hiring and training personnel, preparing monthly reports, maintaining compliance with hospital credentialing affiliations and ensuring adherence to hospital and RestorixHealth policies, including privacy and confidentiality requirements. The ideal candidate can recommend process-flow improvements and better use of facilities, services, and staff, and has experience improving efficiency, maximizing utilization, patient satisfaction, and revenue.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 2 years of clinical management experience, with a wound care background.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical RestorixHealth employees in day-to-day operations.
• Hire and train personnel and prepare monthly reports.
• Ensure staff certifications, training, and clinical skills are up to date.
• Oversee hyperbaric chamber operations and maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing affiliations and ensure compliance with RestorixHealth policies and procedures in cooperation with the hospital.
• Ensure adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Authorize purchases of supplies and equipment in collaboration with the Program Director.
• Oversee certifications, billing, charge entry, and coding activities for the Wound Healing center.
• Recommend improvements to process flow and use of facilities, services, and staff.
