About The Position
The Clinical Manager manages a unit within the community and provides leadership to the assigned team. The role oversees and coordinates resident care to help residents feel safe and at home. The Clinical Manager coordinates admissions, care planning, and discharges while leading the team, and communicates with the therapy department as needed to ensure care plan changes are updated promptly.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
- Good managerial skills and aptitude.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or health care.
Responsibilities
- Manage a unit within the community and provide leadership to the assigned team.
- Oversee and coordinate care provided to residents.
- Coordinate the admission, care plan, and discharge process.
- Communicate with the therapy department when necessary.
- Ensure changes to care plans are updated timely.
