Clinical Manager - Full Time

About The Position
The Clinical Manager manages a unit within the community and provides leadership to the assigned team. The role oversees and coordinates resident care to help residents feel safe and at home. The Clinical Manager coordinates admissions, care planning, and discharges; leads the team; communicates with the therapy department when necessary; and ensures care plan changes are updated in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
- Good managerial skills and aptitude.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or health care.
Responsibilities
