Clinical Nurse Educator, Full Time
About The Position
The Clinical Nurse Educator works with the team to provide high-quality, evidence-based practice education to clinical and non-clinical staff at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, California. The role includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, introducing new skills, equipment, and processes, validating competencies across disciplines, and onboarding new team members. The educator conducts training for Nurse Residency, Preceptor Workshop, CNA Workshops, orientation, and new-to-specialty programs. The educator attends departmental meetings as needed, coordinates with clinical departments, and manages projects as needed. The position reports to the Director of Education.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university.
- Five years of full-time experience as a licensed Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a hospital setting.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification through the American Heart Association.

- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Five years of experience planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in an acute care setting.
