About The Position

Nursing practice with individuals, families, and communities-as-client in a variety of community health nursing roles and settings. Emphasis on community engagement, partnership, and working in collaboration to assess, plan, implement and evaluate community health interventions. Experience developing learning contracts. Demonstrated conflict resolution, oral/written communication skills.

Requirements

  • B.Sc.N. with recent experience in community health nursing.
  • Current registration as RN or NP in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Good standing with the site where clinical teaching is to occur (as required by certain clinical partners).
  • Applicant cannot be teaching the same course during the same semester as they are coordinating.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing learning contracts.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution, oral/written communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a clinical instructor.
