Clinical Navigator Evaluator - PRN Days | Wausau Rehab
About The Position
The Clinical Navigator Evaluator completes patient pre-admission assessments and assessment updates, working collaboratively with the business development team—including the Admissions Manager and admission staff—as well as nursing and other internal and external staff to facilitate referral conversion. The position works under the direction of the Director of Business Development. A current professional license in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy is required. A degree in a health-related field is preferred, as is prior marketing and/or rehabilitation or LTACH experience.
Requirements
- Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy.
- At least two years of experience in the designated field of licensure.

- A degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university.
- Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience.
