This position is responsible for the development and execution of tactical clinical marketing initiatives to drive da Vinci procedure adoption across prioritized specialties and focus procedures in India. The role partners closely with commercial teams to translate market insights into programs that drive surgeon awareness, dV utilization, and advocacy. The individual will lead market understanding through field immersion, customer insight generation, segmentation, persona development, and value messaging. This role is expected to build scalable clinical marketing programs and assets, collaborate with external surgeons, society leaders, and care teams, and work cross-functionally with sales, training, clinical affairs, market access, legal, regulatory, and compliance to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.
