About The Position

StoneGate Senior Living is hiring a Clinical Marketing Liaison for the Greater Tulsa area. The role serves as the primary contact for patient referral sources and often as the initial point of contact for potential admissions to skilled nursing or extended care facilities. The liaison helps referral sources identify and assess patients whose care needs match the facilities’ services, educates potential patients and their families about services, admissions, and treatment, and communicates with facility staff to support appropriate admissions. The position also supports census and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Have experience completing clinical assessments for admission.
• Be familiar with clinical terminology and comfortable assessing patients in a hospital setting.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate professionally and positively to referral sources, physicians, patients and their families, and team members and consultants at all levels.
• Have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Meet all state and local health regulations and pass a post-employment physical examination, if required.
• Be capable of performing the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrate a work history as a self-starter who works independently with minimum daily direction, is self-motivated, and has goal-directed sales skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) marketing experience is preferred.
• Preference for a licensed RN, LVN, PT, OT, or social worker with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with patient referral sources and, in many cases, as the initial point of contact for potential admissions.
• Help referral sources identify and assess patients whose care needs match the services provided by the facilities.
• Educate potential patients and their families about facility services, the admissions process, and the treatment process.
• Communicate with appropriate facility staff to ensure appropriate admission of new patients.
• Support census and business development efforts.
