About The Position

ClearSky Health is seeking a licensed clinician to serve as a Clinical Liaison, combining clinical expertise with marketing and sales responsibilities. The role connects patients with specialized rehabilitative care by evaluating patients and determining whether they meet admission criteria. The liaison also prepares development plans, conducts calls, presents to potential referral sources, and integrates company values into daily practice. The position maintains and develops an assigned sales territory, coordinates marketing and public relations activities, tracks sales activity, and supports program development. It also involves maintaining a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, complying with safety and infection prevention standards, attending required training, and completing other duties as assigned. The territory includes Waxahachie and surrounding areas. Minimum starting pay is $85,000, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The position is also eligible to participate in a monthly marketing bonus program.

Requirements

At least 3 years of healthcare experience.
Clinical licensure as an RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, or SLP.
Maintain a valid, acceptable driving record, a current driver's license, and insurability.
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
Understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, and other factors affecting hospital operations.
Demonstrate a high degree of customer service and professionalism.
General computer skills, including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Effective organizational and time-management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and complete complex tasks.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection prevention standards.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others at all organizational levels.
Ability to stand, sit, and drive for significant and often prolonged periods; lift or exert up to 25 pounds; hear overhead pages; operate equipment and a computer keyboard with sufficient manual dexterity; and perform close-vision tasks and adjust focus.
Ability to work with possible exposure to bodily fluids.

Responsibilities

Conduct proper pre-admission patient evaluations in a timely manner.
Maintain an assigned sales territory and develop, implement, evaluate, and refine territory sales plans based on data, trends, market needs, and facility needs.
Coordinate assigned marketing and public relations activities, including conference exhibits, seminars and in-services, advertising, media relations, and government relations.
Track sales activity, maintain client profiles, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Participate in program development initiatives as assigned.
Provide an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff; assess safety risks and implement appropriate precautions.
Comply with approved safety and infection prevention standards.
Maintain regular attendance in keeping with the assigned work schedule.
Complete required training as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's overall effectiveness.
