About The Position

A Path of Care Home Health is seeking a full-time RN Clinical Manager in Weatherford, Oklahoma. The Clinical Manager oversees the coordination and delivery of home health services, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth daily operations. The role provides clinical and operational leadership, supports field staff, and contributes to hiring, training, and team development. The manager may provide patient care when needed and participates in ongoing training. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an administrative on-call rotation.

Requirements

Current Oklahoma RN license in good standing.
At least 2 years of nursing experience.
At least 1 year of home health experience.
CPR certification, or ability to obtain certification within 60 days.
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines for home health agencies.
Valid Oklahoma driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Basic computer skills.
Clear communication, composure under pressure, good time management, confident leadership, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day clinical and office operations.
Serve as a resource for field staff and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
Monitor task screens, review complaint forms, and follow up on quality improvement reports.
Lead weekly case conferences.
Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and train new team members.
Ensure staff follow infection control procedures and understand abuse reporting requirements.
Track monthly revenue and expenses to maintain budget compliance.
Oversee admissions, discharges, and recertifications, and evaluate their financial impact.
Monitor staff productivity and ensure thorough orientation for new hires.
Provide patient care when needed and participate in ongoing training.
Lead by example by arriving on time, staying organized, and supporting the team professionally and compassionately.
