About The Position

Dermatology Associates is seeking an experienced, adaptable, and detail-oriented Clinical Manager to supervise and lead teams at its Tigard and Lake Oswego offices. The role provides supervision and support for clinical operations, staff, and patients. It manages personnel, including hiring and training, as well as inventory and scheduling, to ensure appropriate resource allocation and quality patient care. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, hands-on knowledge of dermatological medical assistant duties, and a commitment to quality patient care.

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant from a nationally accredited program (AAMA, NHA, NCCT, or AMT) and a current Medical Assistant Certification or License (OR-MA-C or OR-MA-R).
• Prior experience in dermatology.
• Previous leadership experience.
• BLS certification.
• Hands-on knowledge of dermatological medical assistant duties.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
