About The Position

PAM Health is seeking a Clinical Liaison (Navigator) to use clinical expertise in a relationship-focused role that connects patients with specialized rehabilitation services. The position builds relationships with healthcare professionals, supports patients moving to the next step in recovery, and works beyond traditional bedside or therapy care. The role works under the direction of the Director of Business Development.

Requirements

Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy.
At least two years of experience in the designated field of licensure.

Nice To Haves

A degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university.
Prior marketing experience.
Prior rehabilitation or LTACH experience, preferably alongside marketing experience.
Rehabilitation or LTACH experience.

Responsibilities

Cultivate referral relationships, manage an assigned territory, and complete patient assessments.
Make sales contacts and analyze referral and admission data from the assigned territory.
Collaborate with business development team members, including the Admissions Manager and admissions staff, as well as nursing and other internal and external staff, to facilitate referral conversion.
Provide feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, the referral and admission process, and patient and referral source satisfaction.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, payer representatives, and other stakeholders.
