Clinical Liaison - Northwestern US Region

About The Position

Texas NeuroRehab Center is hiring a Clinical Liaison to support community relations throughout the Northwestern US Region. The ideal candidate would be based in Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Idaho, or Nevada. The role involves developing community relationships, communicating the facility’s services to referral sources, and working with interdisciplinary teams to support patients’ transitions back into the community after treatment. The liaison may also conduct onsite patient evaluations and gather clinical information for clinical determinations. Texas NeuroRehab Center is a specialized treatment facility located near downtown Austin. It provides complex medical and brain injury rehabilitation for people aged 13 and older, as well as neurobehavioral residential treatment services for children and adolescents.

Requirements

At least three years of experience in referral development.
At least three years of experience in a medical or psychiatric facility.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a health-related field, or five years of healthcare experience with a proven track record in marketing development.
Strong marketing leadership and performance.

Nice To Haves

Prior marketing and/or sales experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Establish strong community relations in the Northwestern US Region, including with State Medicaid and local health and human services municipalities.
Work with internal interdisciplinary team members to support smooth transitions to community re-integration after treatment.
Articulate the facility’s services to potential referral sources, including State agencies, local behavioral and medical hospitals, and local practitioners.
Perform onsite patient evaluations when needed and assist in gathering written and observed clinical information for clinical determinations.
