About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning in clinical and other assigned areas, including common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and waste. The role includes cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking spaces; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; operating cleaning equipment; and responding to incidental spills, flooded areas, and trash or restroom concerns. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 p.m.–10 p.m., plus Sunday, 8 p.m.–12 a.m. The posting states that multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout assigned areas.
Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup involving trash and restroom concerns.
