About The Position

A Cleaner performs basic cleaning at a clinical site, including cleaning common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains. Duties also include trash removal, dusting, polishing, and other assigned cleaning tasks. The position follows health and safety regulations and company policies, reports maintenance issues and safety hazards to management, and may handle flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., plus Sunday, 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. The posting states that multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to perform physical duties including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Perform additional duties as required, including cleanup of flooded areas, incidental spills, trash, and restroom concerns.
