About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items or areas. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing spaces, handling waste, and responding to incidental spills, flooded areas, and related cleanup needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., plus Saturday, 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. The posting notes that multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to perform physical demands including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

At least one year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning duties.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup for trash and restroom concerns.
