About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned items and areas. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, waste disposal, and floor care, as well as operating cleaning equipment and following health and safety regulations. The role may also involve cleaning flooded areas and incidental spills or addressing trash and restroom concerns.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to perform physical demands including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Attend to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup involving trash and restroom concerns.
Perform additional duties as required.
