About The Position

The Clinical Effectiveness Manager champions improved patient outcomes by coordinating and implementing case management, risk management, clinical quality, regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, infection prevention, medical staff reviews, and patient advocate initiatives across the AnMed system. The role serves as a clinical quality subject matter expert and works collaboratively with team members to promote a culture of safety and high reliability. It also supports facility- and system-wide efforts to continuously improve quality of care and safety for all customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Keep all licensure and certifications up to date.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field.
• National nursing quality, risk, safety, or leadership certification, such as CPHRM, CHSP, CPPS, CPHQ, or NE-BC.
• Certification in Infection Prevention (CIC).
• Hospital or healthcare quality, risk management, or accreditation experience.
• Experience with accreditation standards, internal auditing, corrective action plans, and software platforms such as DNV, ISO, DPH, MIDAS, or SharePoint.
• Experience with research and Statistical Process Control principles.
• Experience in Infection Prevention and Control.
