About The Position

This role allows you to essentially own a business within a business. You focus entirely on clinical excellence and staff development, while the company provides the operational engine, financial infrastructure, and administrative support. You will have the freedom to recruit and mentor a high-quality clinical "pod" from the ground up. This is a remote/community-based role with a primary focus on Essex, Morris, Sussex, & Hudson Counties (Statewide NJ).

Requirements

Active NJ LCSW or LPC (Required).
Eligible or certified to provide clinical supervision in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

Provide expert supervision to your team (Licensed or Non-Licensed), helping them grow within the NJ Children’s System of Care (CSOC).
Maintain a manageable personal caseload (12-22 hours) to lead your team by example.
Leverage your established reputation in throughout counties in New Jersey within the Care Management Organizations and Children's System of Care to ensure your team has a steady flow of cases.
Recruit and mentor a high-quality clinical "pod" from the ground up.
Focus on clinical excellence and staff development.
