Aftermath is preparing to introduce adult substance use disorder services in O'Fallon, Illinois, including Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programming. The Clinical Director will provide targeted clinical expertise during pre-opening development, helping leadership assess whether proposed policies, workflows, documentation, staffing, and treatment structures are ready for licensure and launch. The engagement is advisory and developmental; it is not responsible for daily clinical operations before the facility opens. The consultant will advise on the clinical implementation of Illinois Part 2060 requirements, evaluate systems for safe and compliant service delivery, review selected policies and workflows, and help ensure planned services reflect ASAM principles. The role will also provide input on clinical processes, staffing and supervision, identify readiness gaps, and participate in selected application, licensing, readiness, or regulatory discussions. Guidance will continue through the transition from licensing preparation to operational launch. This is an independent contractor (1099), part-time, flexible consulting engagement that is primarily remote, with on-site availability as needed in O'Fallon. Aftermath anticipates a monthly consulting retainer of $1,500 to $2,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Following licensure and program launch, the consultant may be considered for a permanent, full-time Clinical Director position; neither party is required to continue beyond the consulting engagement.
