About The Position

Requirements

  • Active NJ LCSW or LPC (Required).
  • Eligible or certified to provide clinical supervision in New Jersey.
  • You want the income and influence of an owner, but you want to spend your time on clinical leadership rather than paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert supervision to your team (Licensed or Non-Licensed), helping them grow within the NJ Children’s System of Care (CSOC).
  • Maintain a manageable personal caseload (12-22 hours) to lead your team by example.
  • Leverage your established reputation in throughout counties in New Jersey within the Care Management Organizations and Children's System of Care to ensure your team has a steady flow of cases.
