The Clinical Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the clinical integrity, quality, and culture of Life Change Outreach's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This position provides oversight of all clinical services, supervises the clinical team, and ensures every participant receives care that is both professionally sound and rooted in faith. The Clinical Director serves as a steward of clinical excellence and spiritual impact, guiding therapists, Case Managers, and Peer Recovery Support Specialists (PRSS) while partnering closely with program and organizational leadership to strengthen and grow the IOP. Life Change Outpatient exists to bring hope and healing to individuals and families affected by addiction.
