About The Position

The Clinical Coordinator assists the Director in organizing and supervising personnel and resources in the Emergency Department. The role requires advanced clinical competency and the ability to help others achieve a high level of quality care. The Clinical Coordinator assists with planning smooth, high-quality emergency department operations and patient care, and supports personnel training and development of a high-quality care team.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience as a registered nurse.
• Current RN license to work in South Carolina.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS certification, or obtain it within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in organizing and supervising Emergency Department personnel and resources.
• Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and help others achieve a high level of quality care.
• Assist with planning smooth, high-quality Emergency Department operations and patient care.
• Assist in training personnel and developing a high-quality care team.
