About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The role oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and ensures high standards of care and safety. The coordinator works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and builds long-term relationships with patients and families.

The position is based at 414 N Homan Ave, Chicago, Illinois. The stated wage range is $45.00–$59.00 per hour, with compensation dependent on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience.
• Charge RN readiness approval is required.
• ADN required.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs.
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
