About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The role oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and ensures high standards of care and safety. It involves coordinating patient care plans and monitoring outcomes, supervising clinical staff including PCTs, and delivering safe, compassionate dialysis care. The coordinator also builds long-term relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The position requires a current RN license and CPR certification, at least 18 months of RN experience including at least six months in dialysis, readiness approval for Charge RN, and an ADN. A BSN, ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience, and CNN/CDN certification are preferred or advantageous. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Current RN license.

• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
