About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The role oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and supports high standards of care and safety. The position involves coordinating patient care plans and monitoring outcomes, supervising clinical staff including PCTs, delivering safe and compassionate dialysis care, and building long-term relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The schedule is flexible and includes weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience.
• Charge RN readiness approval required.
• ADN required.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
