About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The role oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and ensures high standards of care and safety. The position requires an RN license and is based at 4205 Forest Park Ave, St. Louis, Missouri.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience.
• Charge RN readiness approval.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience.
• CNN or CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including patient care technicians (PCTs).
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
