About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The coordinator oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and ensures high standards of care and safety. The role involves coordinating patient care plans, monitoring outcomes, supervising clinical staff, and building long-term relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedules are typically 3 to 4 days per week and include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year
• Current RN license and CPR certification
• Charge RN readiness approval
• ADN
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification is a plus
