About The Position

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant works within the MA-C license scope to perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care. The role collaborates closely with the care team to support health care outcomes and positive patient experiences, provide excellent customer service, and assist with clinic management. The position is with Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, which operates clinics in Washington and Idaho and provides virtual care services. The position is listed at 0.9 FTE with a day schedule of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., three 12-hour shifts. Requirements

For Washington positions: Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credential; Washington State Medical Assistant Interim Certification is acceptable for up to one year from its issue date or until MA-C is issued.
For Washington positions: Current BLS Certification, or ability to obtain it through an in-house training program depending on assignment.
For Idaho positions: Current CMA certification from AAMA, NHA, or NCCT.
For Idaho positions: WA state MA-C license or WA state MA-R license endorsed by Indigo within the first 30 days of employment.
For Idaho positions: Current BLS Certification, or ability to obtain it through an in-house training program depending on assignment.
Applicants in an externship or residency program may be considered under the stated exception if they have active or pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire; the posting also specifies a Washington MA-C license within 45 days of hire.
Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or other medical facility is preferred.
