Floating LPN PRN - Clinical Care Coord II - FPG
About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to the needs of age-specific populations and assists with managing patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. This PRN LPN position pays $25 per hour. The role requires travel to FPG offices in areas including Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch. Self-scheduling is available, with availability required for at least four days per month. Shifts are eight hours; most offices are open Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, though shift start and end times may vary by office. Individuals providing care to vulnerable populations must undergo background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (FL LPN) license.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or obtain it within 30 days of the hire or transfer date.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
- Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health record systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health record software.
- Skill in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
