LPN - Clinical Care Coordinator II - FPG GI @ Venice
About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to the needs of age-specific populations and assists in managing patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. The position requires Basic Life Support/CPR certification, which may be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer, and graduation from an accredited school of nursing or diploma program. An active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Individuals providing care to vulnerable populations must undergo background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or obtain it within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
- Experience with an electronic practice management system and electronic health record.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health record software.
- Skill in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
