About The Position

The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to age-specific population needs and assists in managing patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. The role is with FPG Endocrinology in Sarasota.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
• Hold Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or obtain it within 30 days of the hire or transfer date.
• Hold a Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
• Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health record systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health record software.
• Skill using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
