Floating LPN PRN - Clinical Care Coord II - FPG
About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to the needs of the age-specific population and assists with managing patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. This is a PRN LPN position paying $25 per hour. The role requires travel to FPG offices in areas including Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch. Self-scheduling is available, with availability required for at least four days per month. Shifts are eight hours; most offices are open Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, and shift start and end times may vary by office. As part of Sarasota Memorial Health Care System’s commitment to keeping people safe, individuals providing care to vulnerable populations must undergo background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or obtain it within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Availability for a minimum of four days per month.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
- Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records.
- Knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health record software.
- Skill in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
