About The Position

Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a full-time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This in-person role includes clinical support, assistance with procedures, preparation of patients for exams, and basic clinical duties. The position may require occasional travel to satellite clinic locations, offering opportunities to work alongside a variety of providers.

The Clinical Assistant helps ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience by educating patients about care plans, treatments, and procedures; communicating with patients and care team members; answering, documenting, and responding to patient phone calls; and supporting clinic operations and team members as needed. Requirements

• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or current Minnesota certification or licensure as an LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA.
