About The Position

MEDvidi is a multi-state telehealth behavioral health organization focused on making high-quality psychiatric care accessible, safe, and consistent. Its clinician-led Clinical Operations team sets standards for care delivery, documentation, and ongoing improvement, including within the organization's proprietary EMR. The Clinical APRN Quality & Product Specialist is an experienced psychiatric APRN whose primary focus is quality improvement through structured chart reviews. The specialist evaluates documentation quality, clinical decision-making, and adherence to standards, then translates findings into actionable recommendations for the product team to improve MEDvidi's proprietary AI Scribe and EMR. When chart review and product needs are lighter, the role also supports clinical audits, psychiatric provider interviews, marketing-content review, SOP updates, project tracking, and other Clinical Operations administrative needs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatry or behavioral health.
  • Strong command of psychiatric documentation standards and controlled substance prescribing practices.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and translate clinical insight into practical recommendations.

Nice To Haves

  • Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
  • Telehealth experience and multi-state licensure.
  • Experience with chart audits, quality improvement, clinical informatics, or EMR product work.
  • Experience reviewing or creating health content for patient or public audiences.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured chart reviews to assess documentation quality, clinical decision-making, and adherence to MEDvidi standards and SOPs, with the goal of improving the proprietary AI Scribe.
  • Identify documentation gaps, workflow friction, and safety risks, and translate findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for the proprietary EMR.
  • Review articles, blog posts, and patient-facing content for clinical accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with MEDvidi's brand and voice.
  • Flag marketing claims or language that may raise regulatory or safety concerns, particularly regarding controlled substances and treatment outcomes.
  • Provide clear, timely edits and partner with the Marketing team to keep messaging compelling and clinically sound.
  • Support documentation, prescribing, and compliance audits across the multi-state practice.
  • Summarize audit findings, document trends, and support follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Conduct clinical interviews with psychiatric provider candidates and share structured assessments of their clinical knowledge and fit.
  • Support Clinical Operations with SOP updates, project tracking, and other administrative needs as they arise.
