Come join our mission of getting therapy in the hands of everyone! We are looking for an experienced Clinical Quality Specialist to join our Network and Clinical Quality team. As a Clinical Quality Specialist, you'll lead peer proficiency reviews, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and provide essential clinical support for network providers. Your expertise will create a substantial impact in upholding the highest standards of care. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time with a Monday - Friday daytime schedule.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice independently without supervision (e.g. Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Counselor, Psychologist) with diagnostic privileges
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • 2+ years experience in telehealth and QA

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high acuity clients preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of how AI is used in/impacts the clinical field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct room/documentation audits to investigate complaints and determine the validity of findings and evaluate improvement opportunities and risk
  • Assist with Interrater Reliability initiative
  • Develop and evolve criteria used to evaluate clinical quality
  • Support providers in network with clinical issues and connect them with peer consultants as needed
  • Coordinate with CMO, SVP, Network, Director of Clinical & Quality, and/or Manager of Quality to support execution of special clinical projects
  • Assist with clinical risk management
  • Provide clinical support cross-departmentally
  • Coordinate with Quality Management about room/documentation audits to guide practitioner action plans
  • Assist with the development of clinical policy and procedures
  • Assist with provider performance monitoring and remediation
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
