The Arizona Humane Society is seeking a full-time Clinic Supervisor to join our team at our Sunnyslope Clinic. The position requires flexibility and availability Monday–Saturday, working four 10-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. As the Sunnyslope Clinic Supervisor, you will lead all operational aspects of the full-service and spay/neuter clinic while embodying AHS's core values of Innovation, Compassion, and Excellence. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside your team to model high-quality patient care, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. You will partner closely with the Clinic Manager to implement policies and procedures, maintain compliance with Humane Alliance standards and federal/state regulations, and oversee accurate medical records, reporting, and controlled substance protocols. In this role, you will coordinate daily clinic operations, train and support veterinary technicians, and maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment. You'll communicate effectively with staff and clients, relay medical information, and ensure proper documentation of treatments. Success in this position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while delivering compassionate care.
