The Clinic Service Representative is the first point of contact for patients at Henry Ford Family Medicine - Fraser in Clinton Township, Michigan. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; the qualifications section specifies a High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and use computer information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software, using email, and logging in and out of systems.
- Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work within a team setting.
