About The Position
The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs across the lifespan. The RN facilitates care coordination using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters. The role collaborates with other members of the health care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Registered Nurse License in the state where care will be provided upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- 18 months of professional nursing experience.
Responsibilities
